Dr. Jeff Listiak, D.C.

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, you’ll see Dr. Listiak at our Vista location.

He’s excited to see patients commit to doing what it takes to get well and then experience the amazing results that come through chiropractic care. He loves hearing about the wonderful times people are enjoying with their families now that their health is restored.

Dr. Listiak grew up in San Diego and currently lives in Vista. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and then went on to serve three tours as a Naval Officer. After a body surfing injury, he found chiropractic and was so inspired, he completed a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California.

Spending time with his family, taking walks with his wife, working on a race car with his son, discussing science with his daughter and camping in the mountains are some of the things he enjoys.

Fun fact: Dr. Listiak has been working with his hands since he was young, helping to build three different houses and developing skills in a number of trades.

Dr. Listiak and Tara have been amazing so far. Both were welcoming and listened to my sciatica concerns. The hydro massage tables are a big plus that the Joint Chiro doesnt have. Prices are essentially the same as the Joint, but you get hydro massage tables! Would recommend and the wife will be going in the near future as well.

Absolutely obsessed with Dr.Listiak and his Team! Karina and Tara were super sweet and very helpful. Amazing experience from booking my appointment online, getting adjusted, to the super cool hydro bed. I went in with horrible shoulder pain, which my Primary Dr said was tendinitis, after I got adjusted I felt instant relief. I no longer feel tightness or pain. Literally cannot wait to go back, this will be my new self care routine.

I came in for the new patient special and had the best experience! Karina immediately greeted me as soon as I came in the door and gave me a walk through of the facility. Dr Listiak was also absolutely amazing he explained the process from start to finish with lots of explanations and he asked multiple times if I had any questions. I’ve been to a chiropractor before, but if this is your first time they do a great job of making you comfortable and help you understand the process and tools used. The hydrotherapy massage at the end was the icing on the cake. Great prices as well. No complaints.

From the beginning of my visitation I was a bit shocked at how detailed each step of my process was going to be and how they were able to assist me with the items I should have been able to complete. From there on I enjoyed the process and all the information I got that made it me happy to have pushed through it .
